The "Variable Axis Device" is a machine that produces the required bent hoses by moving the mold's nozzle in both the flow direction and perpendicular direction during extrusion from the extruder. In conventional manufacturing methods, a core was necessary, but this device eliminates the need for it, allowing for the production of bent hoses simply by changing the mold, from small diameters to large diameters. Additionally, the combination of a servo motor and NDS provides high repeatability accuracy.
